Potential members must complete an application signed by a parent or guardian, if under 18 years old, before acceptance as a member. Standard dues are $30.00 per month.

In cases where membership fees create a financial burden on the family or guardian of potential members, Main Street Gym maintains a number of options. These programs include scholarships, work programs and sponsorship packages where membership fees may be reduced or waived on a case by case basis.

To participate as an athlete, Main Street Gym requires strict adherence to its mandated rules which include but are not limited to the following:

1. To maintain passing grades in school

2. To stay out of trouble at home and school

3. To abstain from drugs and foul language

4. To show total respect to coaches, fellow athletes and authority figures

5. To refrain from any negative involvement with law enforcement agencies

6. Must be 8 years of age or older
